We are a non-profit charitable organization, founded in 1967. Our mandate is to help the troubled

youth of our community learn to help themselves. Over the years, a variety of residential and non-residential

services have been developed and delivered in response to identified needs.

Currently our residential programs for males between 12 and 18 years of age include:

• 7 beds for youth court ordered open custody/detention placements

• 2 beds for community referred voluntary mental health placements

• 9 beds for Child Welfare (C.A.S.) placements

Non-residential services for both males and females between 12 and 18 years of age include:

• 1 on-site and 2 community based "Section 23" Educational Programs

• Suspension Programs with the local Catholic and the local Public School Boards

• Community Service Order Program

• Mandatory Attendance Centre Program

• Youth Justice Committee court diversion program

• Extra Judicial Sanctions Program

• Court Conferencing Service
